Hat's Off to Environmental Organizations

Jane Goodall: Champion for the Earth

With the recent fires in the Amazon, I think we all owe a debt to nonprofits that are working to preserve the environment. I’ve been privileged to work with several great ones, including Delaware Riverkeeper Network https://www.delawareriverkeeper.org/, Friends of Gold Butte National Monument https://www.friendsofgoldbutte.org/, among others, such as arboretums and conservancies.

I am so privileged to work with these groups that are the hope for the future of our earth.

I few years ago I had the privilege to meet Jane Goodall who has done so much for the earth and all its creatures.

If you are asked to support organizations such as the National Parks Foundations https://www.nationalparks.org/, please do so.

One of my heroes who has also done so much to protect our country’s lands is Teddy Roosevelt, I mention his work in my upcoming book, Beyond Las Vegas: Road Trips from A to Z. I hope you will pick it up when it comes out in a few weeks.
